America on Wednesday introduced sanctions and restrictions on two dozen Chinese language corporations and related officers for participating in constructing synthetic islands in disputed waters within the South China Sea.

The 24 state-owned companies embody subsidiaries of development big China Communications Development Co., telecommunications companies and a unit of the China Shipbuilding Group.
