Nickel futures slide on tepid demand



NEW DELHI: Nickel costs fell 0.62 per cent to Rs 1,349 per kg in futures commerce on Tuesday after individuals offloaded their positions amid weak demand in spot market.

On the Multi Commodity Change, nickel contracts for March supply traded decrease by Rs 8.40, or 0.62 per cent, to Rs 1,349 per kg with a enterprise turnover of 1,994 heaps.

Analysts stated subdued demand in spot market primarily led to the autumn in nickel futures costs.
