Lebanese President Michel Aoun mentioned Friday that the port blast that killed greater than 150 individuals and ravaged elements of Beirut was brought about both by negligence or a missile assault.

It might have been “negligence or international interference via a missile or bomb,” the president mentioned in a televised interview, three days after the explosion.
