New Delhi: Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) on Wednesday reported a 54.39 per cent decline in whole passenger automobile gross sales at 26,820 models in June. The corporate had offered 58,807 models in June final 12 months.
Home gross sales within the final month stood at 21,320 models as towards 42,007 models in June 2019, HMIL stated in an announcement.
Exports have been at 5,500 models as towards 16,800 models in the identical month final 12 months.
Commenting on the gross sales efficiency, HMIL Director (Gross sales, Advertising & Service) Tarun Garg stated, “our newly launched merchandise like all-new Creta, Spirited New Verna, all new AURA in addition to historically sturdy manufacturers like Elite i20, Venue, Santro and Grand i10 Nios have been receiving encouraging buyer response.”
The corporate is dedicated to assist nation’s goal of reviving the economic system on the earliest, he added.
